Terms of Service

These terms are the deal between you and Neezerchain Digital Limited when you use DailySprint. We’ve kept them short and in plain language on purpose.

What DailySprint is

DailySprint is an AI coaching tool that turns your project into a plan and helps you work it. The plans are generated by AI from what you tell us: they’re suggestions, not professional advice, and you stay responsible for your own decisions and deadlines.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use DailySprint. Keep your sign-in method secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account. If you started with an anonymous account, add an email (or Apple/Google sign-in) to keep access to your plan across devices.

Subscription and billing

• DailySprint costs $9/month or $72/year after a 7-day free trial. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancel anytime in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Canceling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Apple’s refund rules apply to refunds.
• If you don’t cancel during the trial, the subscription you picked starts automatically.

Your content

Your project details, check-ins, and reflections are yours. You give us permission to process them to run the product (including sending project context to our AI provider to generate your plan — see the Privacy Policy). We claim no other rights over your content.

Fair use

Don’t abuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no using it to generate unlawful content, and no reselling access. We can suspend accounts that do.

What we promise (and don’t)

We work hard to keep DailySprint available and useful, but it’s provided “as is” — we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an AI-generated plan fits your situation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using DailySprint and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer in the EU or elsewhere, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your home country — nothing here takes those away.

Changes

If we make material changes to these terms, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use DailySprint after that means you accept the updated terms.
