Privacy Policy

DailySprint is made by Neezerchain Digital Limited (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. The short version: we collect what the product needs to coach you, nothing more, and we don’t sell or share your data for advertising.

What we collect

• Account information.Your email address and name (if you sign in with email, Apple, or Google). If you start the quiz without an account, we create an anonymous account so your plan isn’t lost.
• What you tell the app.Your quiz answers, project details, daily check-ins, and retro reflections. This is the material the AI uses to build and replan your roadmap — it’s the product working, not marketing data.
• Usage analytics.Which screens you use and events like completing a check-in, tied to a random identifier. We use PostHog for this, to understand what to improve. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we don’t use your device’s advertising identifier.
• Crash reports. If the app crashes, technical details go to Sentry so we can fix it.
• Purchase status. Your subscription state comes to us from Apple via RevenueCat. We never see your card details — Apple handles all payment.

How the AI works with your data

Your project details and check-ins are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API from our servers to generate and replan your roadmap. Our API agreement with Anthropic means your data is not used to train their models. Your Anthropic-bound data never includes your email or name — just the project context the plan needs.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never show ads or share data with ad networks.
• We never track you across other companies’ apps or sites.

Where your data lives

Your data is hosted in the European Union (Ireland). It is stored with Supabase (our database provider) and processed by the services named above (Anthropic, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, Resend for email). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Emails

We send a small number of product emails (welcome, trial reminder, and at most one check-in email if you’ve been away — then we stop). Every marketing-adjacent email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it.

Deleting your data

Delete your account in Settings or email privacy@dailysprint.appand we’ll erase your account and all associated data within 30 days. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK and California), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@dailysprint.appand we’ll handle it — no forms, no runaround.

Children

DailySprint is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
